Puis-je prendre le contrôle d'un bringer avec grab the reins pour pouvoir utiliser la capacité du début d'entretien ?

Non.
La capacité du Bringer se déclenche au début de l'entretien. Si tu en prends le contrôle pendant l'entretien, c'est trop tard.
Pendant l'étape de dégagement, tu ne peux jouer de sort.
Enfin, pendant l'étape de nettoyage, pendant laquelle les effets jusqu'à la fin du tour se terminent, soit tu ne peux pas jouer de sorts, soit, dans certains cas précis, tu peux en jouer, mais dans ce cas, une nouvelle étape de nettoyage commence après celle-ci, arretant une nouvelle fois les effets jusqu'à la fin du tour.
