Act of treason et Crippling Chill

Bonjour,
En sealed Ktk avec un ami nous avons eu un petit problème de règle: Si mon adversaire joue Act of Treason sur une de mes créatures puis que après la résolution de son sort je joue Crippling Chill sur "ma" créature, se dégagera-t'elle ou pas durant mon étape de dégagement ?

Ta créature ne se dégagera pas pendant ta prochaine étape de dégagement.
